Travel the Trail

Travel the Trail Custom Bourbon Tours is just what the name implies - we customize your tour of Bourbon Country.

You tell us what you want to do and how much time you have. We then do the planning!

Tours will include stops at 2-3 distilleries with a lunch opportunity worked into the schedule. Your day will conclude with a drop off at your accommodations or a designated spot.

Lee Buckner, owner of Travel the Trail and an Executive Bourbon Steward, will be involved in the planning of every tour in Kentucky's Bourbon Country. While seated in a comfortable van, one of our well-trained guides will provide you with bourbon knowledge and historical background as it pertains to the distilleries.

In addition to Bourbon Country tours, Travel the Trail is offering horse farm tours, and excursions to Churchill Downs and Keeneland (during their racing seasons). A custom tour might include a distillery in the morning, followed by racing at either track. Lee just happens to be an avid racing fan, so he can share his handicapping tips with you!.

Refund Policy - All tour deposits are fully refundable when cancelled 48 hours before tour date.
